1. Who we are
Company details are given in section 1 of the Privacy policy. The website presents tours, transport and bespoke services, and sells online wine courses.
2. Tour and service enquiries
Submitting a form is an enquiry, not a booking. We respond with a bespoke proposal specifying the programme, dates, participants, price and inclusions. A tour contract is formed when you accept the proposal in the manner it specifies and pay the deposit.
3. Paying for tours and services
The deposit is 30% of the total price. The balance is due by the date stated in the proposal or invoice, or, if none is stated, no later than 24 hours before the service begins. Cancellation and refunds follow the Payment and refund policy.
4. Buying online courses
Courses are paid for by card on the website through Stripe. Prices are shown in euros on the course page and tariff. After payment, access opens automatically and an email provides a link to sign in to the student account.
5. Course access
Access lasts one year from payment unless the course page states otherwise. Access is personal: you may not transfer it or share your login. Course contents, lesson numbers and materials are listed on the course page; we may add to and update lessons without reducing what was promised.
6. Tariffs, bonuses and support
Each tariff’s inclusions are listed on the course page. Bonus PDFs are available in the student account according to your tariff. Chats, reviews and consultations with Kirill take place online during your access period; consultation times are arranged by email. A EUR 100 discount on an Art Wine Guide tour is available to buyers of a course’s highest tariff where the tariff states this. It applies to one tour and cannot be combined with other offers. It is valid for 12 months from the course purchase date.
7. Certificates
A certificate is issued automatically when the course requirements are met: the final test is passed and the final assignment, if required, is accepted. It confirms completion of an Art Wine Guide course and is not a state educational qualification.
8. Assignments, files and messages
You may submit homework answers, photographs, files and support enquiries. Submit only material you have rights to, without other people’s personal data. We may remove material that breaches the law or these terms.
9. Student account
Sign in with your email and password or a link from an email. Keep your password private. If you breach the terms, for example by sharing access, we may suspend access after notifying you by email.
10. Intellectual property
Website and course texts, videos, tests, PDFs and images belong to Art Wine Guide or are used under licence. They are for personal learning only and may not be copied, published or sold.
11. Liability
Courses and articles are educational. Alcohol consumption is for adults aged 18 and over only; excessive consumption is harmful to health.
12. Governing law and disputes
French law applies, subject to mandatory rules in the consumer’s country of residence. If you have a question or dispute, write to info@artwineguide.fr; we will reply and try to resolve it within 14 days.
