Book in advance
Especially in high season (May–October) and during wine festivals. We recommend booking two to four weeks ahead.
Confirm the itinerary details
Discuss every stop, tasting time and lunch break with your driver.
Allow for travel time
There may be 30–60 minutes’ driving between wineries. Plan no more than 3–4 visits a day.
Prepare your documents
For an airport transfer: flight number, terminal and destination address. The driver tracks flight delays.
Tell us about your luggage
If you plan to buy a lot of wine, let us know beforehand: we will arrange a vehicle with a larger boot.
Use child seats
Tell us if children are travelling! We provide certified child seats free of charge; simply mention them when booking.

Do we need to plan the entire itinerary in advance?
No. We discuss the general direction together, and you can adjust each day as the trip unfolds. Flexibility is the whole point of a personal driver service.
Do you help book winery visits?
Yes, we arrange visits to the domaines you are interested in, including small producers who only receive visitors by appointment.
How many people can travel together?
Up to 3 in a saloon (Passat or S-Class), up to 7 in a V-Class and up to 8 in a Vito. We choose the right vehicle for your group.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track all flights in real time. Your driver adjusts automatically, with no extra charge for the first hour.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer or cash in euros. A 30% deposit when booking, with the balance after the trip.
