For multi-day bookings, the driver’s accommodation is included in the price. The driver stays in a separate room.

Can I change the itinerary during the day?
Yes, absolutely! This is one of the main benefits of having a car at your disposal. You can change the route, add stops or alter your plans during the journey. The driver follows your wishes within the time booked.
How is overtime calculated?
Overtime starts when your booked time ends. It costs €60 per hour, is recorded by the driver and is paid at the end of the trip.
What about tolls and parking?
For packages up to 10 hours, tolls are included. On multi-day trips, tolls are charged at cost. Parking is always paid separately when required, usually €5–20 depending on the location.
Where does the driver stay on a multi-day trip?
For multi-day bookings, the driver's accommodation is included. We book a separate room at your hotel or a nearby hotel of a similar standard. The driver's meals are included too.
What payment methods are available?
We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers or cash. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance is paid at the end of the trip. We provide an invoice and receipt on request.
Which languages do the drivers speak?
All our drivers speak French and English. On request, we can provide a Russian-speaking driver (advance booking is recommended). Drivers who speak German, Spanish and Italian are also available.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes, we provide child seats in all categories: infant seats (0–13 kg), toddler seats (9–18 kg) and boosters (15–36 kg). The cost is €15 per seat for the whole trip. Please give your child's age and weight when booking.
What are the cancellation and rescheduling terms?
Cancellation is free 48+ hours before the trip starts. For cancellation 24–48 hours in advance,50% of the deposit is retained. For cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling is free 24+ hours before the trip begins.
